Compared to the hotels I have been to in Vung Tau, this hotel is quite satisfying, quick and convenient, the room is clean, fully equipped and modern. Will come back again.

The room is about 25 square meters wide as posted, quiet (I like this point, I chose the hotel at the end of the street because I wanted quiet to rest and regain my strength after going out). The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. I would be happy to stay here for the next vacation in Vung Tau!

Dưới đây là vài thông tin hữu ích, quí khách nắm thông tin. 1. Ngày thường, quý khách đặt phòng không phải đặt cọc trước. 2. Ngày thứ 7, chủ nhật và ngày Lễ - Tết, quý khách đặt phòng, vui lòng đặt cọc FULL 100% giá trị phòng: - Thông tin: Nguyễn Đức Vinh, ngân hàng Tiền Phong TPBank, chi nhánh Vũng Tàu, STK 00000166529. - Nội dung chuyển khoản: MÃ SỐ ĐẶT PHÒNG. Rất mong quý khách thông cảm vì cuối tuần (T7, Chủ nhật, Lễ Tết) rất đông khách, nên khách sạn giữ phòng mà quý khách không ở, thì không bán được phòng đã giữ. 3. Khách sạn có xe máy cho thuê, chỉ giới thiệu thuê xe máy cho quý khách nếu có nhu cầu. 6. Ngày Chủ Nhật, quý khách SỢ KẸT XE, có thể ở lại trả phòng muộn, phụ thu rất nhỏ. Quí khách vừa thư thả nghỉ ngơi, tắm biển, tối về sẽ ít kẹt xe và mát mẻ. Too bad I recorded a video but couldn't upload it. The bed sheets were very dirty when I rented the room. In the morning, there was loud drilling and chiseling. The room didn't even have a hanger, a chair, or a bottle of mineral water to use.

The room was very small and extremely smelly, the room always smelled like old mold. There was not even a single hanger in the room, when I asked the receptionist, they said there were no hangers, the hotel is big but there are no hangers for guests. The actual room was not like the picture on the app. The receptionist with glasses had a grumpy and extremely unpleasant attitude. The first time staying at this hotel and the experience was so bad, I will not come back.

I don't think I had a good experience when staying here even though the staff were friendly, the room condition and facility were not good. Bad Wi-Fi, the bed was not clean and especially there was a cockroach in my bedroom.

The staff named Phuong has a very bad attitude towards customers. Unprofessional consulting, indifferent attitude towards customers. If the hotel owner wants to have more customers, he should clean up all the staff. From reading the reviews on gg map, we can understand that the problem is STAFF ATTITUDE.
