Pros: convenient location, close to the center. Cons: The room is not 20m2 like on the web. Secret because of the small window, open to the corridor, no open space. The TV is broken, the toilet has no exhaust fan, the toilet has no faucet

Bad room. Air conditioner was small. Sketchy equipment Flow tables and toothpaste cannot be used. There is no lift. There was no washcloth, only a bath towel. The faucet is very weak (I'm on the 5th floor). Reading on the app is a breakfast but I cannot use the breakfast service

Male staff good attitude, enthusiasm. The female staff is making two bowls of noodles for herself, not understanding why both of them are covered with an oil-filled plastic bag (the bag has been cut and not)

Room is clean, with room cleaning every day. Breakfast with egg noodles and fried bread with coffee or tea. The reception is enthusiastic and there are many other services such as selling tours to the Bay, booking cars to Hanoi.
