Chau Homestay - The Song Vung Tau

First time staying at Chau Homestay, everything was ok. Clean. Also has convenient tools.

Everything is ok except the receptionist, can do service especially the face of the business needs to be fixed Rude communication, no subject and position. Not friendly

Overall, it's not as good as the previous Wave apartments. The staff only looks at their phone screens when talking, not at the guests. Guests have to proactively contact Zalo with Home to be guided to check in/out. The room is not as convenient as the previous rooms I stayed in, there are flies in the room. The bed is soft, sleep well.

The room is clean, spacious and quite okay.

I really like staying here, early check in, room has food available for purchase. But the sofa has no carpet and no detergent to wash.

However, there are some points about The Song: - The swimming pool is very strict about swimwear, only swimwear is allowed, no other items are accepted. - The swimming hole for adults is on the 36th floor, children are on the 5th floor, so it takes a lot of time, adults swim but children have to be taken to the room, children swim but have to be looked after, unlike other places where the whole family can swim together, it is very fun and convenient when the 2 swimming pools are next to each other. In addition, the water in the children's pool is very cold, at 10am the water is freezing cold. - The most inconvenient is the elevator, every time you need to go (time to eat, go out, check in, check out) it takes 15 minutes to wait quickly, usually it takes 30 minutes, and if it is unlucky it takes more than 1 hour. Our group waited too long for meal time, so we walked from the 30th floor down to the lobby. After eating outside, the other groups were still waiting =))

The infinity pool or something on the 36th floor, the rules are extremely difficult, you have to wear a swimsuit to swim, you can't even wear spandex. I always wear spandex when swimming at landmark 81, no one requires it like here.

The room is not decorated in a bad way, no different from a rented room, lacks furniture, and is not clean, the refrigerator is rusty. The room is empty but if you check in early, there will be a fee, not as easy as other owners, and there is no view.
