Not worth the price. The only good thing is its central location. The buffet was terrible, nothing special. Upon arriving at the lobby, there were no staff to help carry the luggage; I had to go in and ask for help before someone came out. The room had a bed that was incredibly uncomfortable.

The staff is always friendly, enthusiastic, and quick to support. The rooms are neat, clean, and secure. Central location near the market and Xuan Huong Lake. The surrounding area has many banks, pharmacies, and is close to bustling restaurants and eateries with full amenities.

The room space is too small, including the toilet. The check-in procedure is complicated, the parking lot entrance is arranged in the opposite direction of traffic, plus the cumbersome procedures, using the car entry card but also having to bring a parking permit.
