So happy with my stay here. Everything was very clean and comfy, we stayed at the deluxe sea view and the room looks exactly like the pictures they put up here. Great location to explore the downtown area. Staff are nice and helpful. No dodgy extra fee on anything. The breakfast buffet had a wide selections for us to choose. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this one to everyone!

Sea View room stunning, room has everything required kettle TV AC etc. a little tired but acceptable. Bottled water available from reception saves carrying from shop Staff are exceptionably friendly and helpful and made our stay great. Garden down to pool kept lovely and pool bar service and food very good. The beach is definitely lacking but there are plenty of Sunbeds under swaying palm shade. It’s a good location for a few bars and restaurants and a short 10min walk to a major supermarket King Kong or Johns Tours. We will definitely stay again ! Looks like a foyer bar is being built which will add to the overall experience if an ambiance can be achieved.

This is the perfect place to stay on the Island! Very well located, far enough from main road to be quiet, located on the beach with a lovely, clean pool. The room is a good size, king bed, a little firm. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure.
The most amazing buffet breakfast possible with excellent Vietnamese cuisine and western-style, any kind of eggs, breads, fruits, juices and coffee or tea.
The staff is excellent!!
There are bungalows to choose or rooms in the tower. The sea view room is totally amazing as it faces west, so one can watch the sunset on the balcony and see the fishing boats light up.
The gardens are beautiful and well kept and line the walkway to the pool/ restaurant/bar area. The beach is small but there was never a time that we could not have a lounger. We would certainly return here if we visit Phu Quoc again!

We stayed in the seaview bungalow. The view of the ocean and pool were amazing. The facilites were all great. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only regret is that we didn't stay there longer!

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great again thanks to a very attentive staff constantly refreshing items so they’re lovely and fresh. I highly commend the staff to stay friendly amid some grumpy patrons.
The hotel building is still quite new and was built well, good sound proofing excellent air conditioning, centralised with a controller in the room, silent and not pointing at the bed, ie no cold draft and keeps running when you take your keycard with you, so you don’t need to force the temperature down when you return.
Beach access with sun beds under palms very well considered for sun and shade. I’m sure the beach towels that spent their days on them had a great time…..

Excellent stay in Phu Quoc overall, love the garden bungalow concept, excellent service, a few mosquitoes but not much. Dengue and Malaria mosquitoes aren’t common in Phu Quoc though

Hotel was a bit of a gem.
With its own beach and close proximity to the Phu Quoc town it was an ideal place to stay.

Fantastic, Ocean view room large balcony, room well equipped 2 large bottles of water renewed daily (cost 40k vnd) hairdryer safe tv cooler kettle cups , iron and board from reception on request.
Pool and bar great , Sunbed’s under palms food and drinks served on beach beds
Didn’t try restaurant as many local bars nearby also 1/2 mile away large supermarket King Kong stocks everything
Staff brilliant helpful polite and very friendly really enjoyed our 7 day stay here would definitely return and recommend. Sunsets amazing

The hotel is great. Sea view, with a beautiful garden path to the beach. The included breakfast is large with lots of selections and delicious, best one I have had in a while. The units are great with lots of space. The beach is a little eroded, but still great. What's nice is the resort is close to the main city Phu Quoc.
