Traveloka said there is a 24/7 reception desk (misleading info), but this is a self service homestay!!! Cozrum Homes sent information via Zalo and the guest opened the door themselves... went to the room and did everything themselves to open the lock box to get the door key (key) and the magnetic card (only used to open the door). Cozrum Homes asked when to check in. The answer was check in at 2 p.m.. About 2 hours later, we arrived... after getting inside and dragging the suitcase up to the 2nd floor (there is no elevator here). Opened the box... took the magnetic card, but there was no key (used to open the room door). Luckily the room was not locked. Entering the room... the bed was messy and the bathroom was dirty. Wtf... They haven't cleaned the room for the new guest yet! Going downstairs, I saw a new woman and I told her about the problem. She told me to go down here and "wait", I'll go clean the room right away. About 20 minutes later, I went to the room. I thought everything was fine but I was wrong! She said this room needs a key to enter and exit, I will give you the key. After trying several keys but none of them fit, she called someone and said she would bring the key. I had an appointment so my wife had to stay in the room to keep my things! After that, a guy came to remove the lock and take it to make a new card, but it couldn't be done and had to replace the lock!!! I planned to check out the next day but I was so tired of this place that I checked out that evening and rented another hotel. What a memorable experience ....

it was the most horrible home i have ever stayed...
- for the staff: never pick up your phone, they just text and all the thing you can do is waiting and waiting. i feel like they just focus on the money and profits than the experience of customers.
- for the service: no elevator, nothing, even the water, you have to prepare for yourself. nobody's there to help you.
- for the comfort and cleaning: it was disaster.
trash on the floor, dust on the table, even there is a yellow spot in the toilet from the previous customer. i dont want to type that word but yes, it is.
please even it is cheap but not worth the price. find the other with better hospitality and cleanliness.

Oh my god, I spent money to book a homestay that was terrible. The walls of the room were moldy and disgusting. The bed sheets were itchy. The carpet looked like it hadn't been changed in years. The room wasn't soundproof. The living room was dark. I was startled while sleeping when I went up the stairs. I will never come back. I complained to the staff and they just apologized and let it go, but they didn't compensate me for this terrible experience.

The worst home I have ever stayed in. - The room is dirty, there's a lot of dust - I thought it was damp, moldy - the toilet has a smell - there is only one hook, I asked to bring it up but after 3 days it was nowhere to be found - cleaning fee is 120K/time if you want it, not Daily cleaning 😀😀😀 - check in support is too cumbersome, not proactive in contacting guests - no parking space but not informing guests - quality and service not worthy of the price, even Worse than a hotel with a lower price. I will never recommend this home to anyone, and advise you not to stay at this home if you don't want your travel experience to be ruined midway.

There is no parking space but it is not clearly stated in the description. You have to wait until booking is complete before texting zalo. The room is too small and there is no drinking water. Never book here again

Phòng ở rất bẩn, ẩm mốc. Hệ thống ra vào bất tiện, không hề thân thiện một chút nào. Trong phòng không có thùng rác. Hệ thống nước yếu. Wifi chậm. Giá quá cao so với mặt bằng chung và quá đáng đối với cơ sở vật chất được trang bị. Không nên lưu trú tại đây.
