The support staff were enthusiastic, and the homestay is centrally located for easy transportation. However, the air conditioner leaked a little, and the surrounding area is mostly residential, so there are no amenities like supermarkets or restaurants.

The room looked clean in the pictures, but in reality, it wasn't. My room showed signs of deterioration and wasn't very clean (a far cry from the 2-star hotel in Can Tho where I stayed the night before). Items like the sheets and pillows didn't feel clean either; I had to wear slippers inside the room to avoid soiling the bed. The hotel is located deep in an alley (objectively speaking, the main Vo Van Kiet road where the hotel is located doesn't have many food and drink options; if you want to eat and have fun, you have to go to the city center).

I checked in at 2 PM but arrived at 3:30 PM to find the room dirty, the bed linens hadn't been changed, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There were no staff at the hotel; I could only contact them online, and even trying to get the cleaning staff through the hotline was ineffective; it seemed they hadn't contacted anyone at all. The furniture looked damaged, and even though the linens were replaced, they still looked dirty. The only positive was that the bathroom was clean, with shampoo, body wash, and hot water. This is a really bad experience. I will never book this place again.

The original room was small and smelled of smoke coming in through the window. After reporting to Traveloka and homestay, we were able to change to another room (I booked 15 nights, the first 2 nights I couldn't breathe because of the smoke smell so I was able to change). The new room was ok, bright, clean, and had no smell.

I have stayed in many Cozrums in the system but this is the worst cozrum I have ever stayed in: the TV is broken and cannot be connected, the cables are exposed, behind my room is another room under repair and very dirty, the wifi is poor and cannot watch youtube or netflix, the bathroom glass looks very dirty. I will not return to this cozrum again.

1. The facilities are very degraded. 2. The staff departments do not work together, leading to a very time-consuming problem-solving process. 3. Poor bedding hygiene. Management does not have a quality control process for old and new bedding. 4. No prior notice to customers about surrounding noise issues such as drilling and repairing the house next door. No soundproofing, cars running at night are very noisy and cannot sleep.

No place to park motorbikes. Had to go to a private parking lot quite far away. About 1km. Floors and toilets are not clean. It feels like it's been a while since someone moved in. TV is like nothing. Can't use it. Bed is not clean. Lying down feels itchy and uncomfortable.

The kitchen has ants and is quite smelly. The induction cooker can be used for 5 minutes before it breaks. The door cannot be locked from the outside. Wifi is extremely slow, TV cannot be watched, air conditioner cannot adjust temperature. There is no parking at the hotel, you have to park a car for a fee. The only plus point is that the toilet is super clean

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên lúc mình đến checkin thì phòng vẫn chưa được dọn dù lúc đó là gần 11h tối. Còn lại thì đều ổn. Có 1 điều cần lưu ý là khách sạn hoạt động theo hình thức du khách tự phục vụ, nên trong phòng có bếp. Nếu hành khách không cẩn thận thì khi gặp sự cố hoả hoạn sẽ khó xử lý. Nếu hệ thống điện khoá ra vào cổng bị trục trặc thì cũng gặp nhiều hạn chế.
