Phòng quá nhỏ và ngột ngạt. Cửa sổ mở ra sát tường nhà khác nên không có tác dụng. Lễ tân thì hời hợt, không được chuyên nghiệp. Chưa thấy ở đâu mà bảng giá dịch vụ giặt là 32.000đ/chiếc. Tôi phải ra ngoài để tự tìm dịch vụ giặt quần áo.
