Crowne Plaza Danang, an IHG Hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful upon check-in, the location is beachfront, the facilities are very complete, the rooms are very spacious, cleanliness is very much taken care of by all the staff & the food is also very delicious at this hotel, guaranteed recommended to stay here while in Vietnam 🤍

A terrible experience like the review I saw on tripadvisor because the attitude of the pool manager here is very arrogant and looks down on Vietnamese people. I don't think such a big hotel would let such a weak person be the manager. If you are Vietnamese, think carefully when coming here with your nationality and your appearance is not rich, you will not be welcomed. I have never been so upset that I had to write a long and terrible review like this. If you are still petty and racist, please do not work in the service industry.

Stayed overnight at crown plaza Danang. The hotel is spacious. Our room was big with a balcony. But it faced the yard. Ask for a seaview.

The Crowne Plaza at Danang is the worst value for money hotel I have ever stayed at. While the rooms are nice enough and the pool area is spectacular and the beach nice it stops there. The hotel seems to only cater for Chinese tour groups and is therefore totally unsuited to Western tourists. The only restaurants were Chinese and Korean and the breakfast was of a low standard. Food was overall poor. Only one “bar-like” area and the pool bar was closed. One other deserted restaurant near the pool. The place was a ghost hotel at night and had zero ambience. For that main reason we spent little time there. The service is lacking and not a lot of English spoken. There is a nothing nearby for basically kilometres and they almost laughed at us when we asked if there was a shuttle to town. Thank God for Grabs. There are no services there-no tour advice, no concierge etc. Low end accessories that you would not expect for a Crowne Plaza. I sincerely hope this review gets posted above the glowing BS reviews I read before booking there.
