Nice apartment, good service (with all necessary items: induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer), central location, convenient to travel, the owner is very enthusiastic and cute . Everything was ok, except I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but the room was not cleaned or new towels were not changed. That's the only minus point, otherwise it was great. Everyone should experience it here.

I booked a room for 2 days on the occasion of Tet holiday, the 4th and 6th, for more than 15 million. I accepted the high price because of Tet holiday, but my whole family was extremely disappointed with the quality and service of the apartment here. 1. The lobby is very dark and dirty, there is no lobby staff. 2. The apartment is not clean and not like the picture above. Dirty balcony, dirty and old toilet. Dirty sofa. 3. The apartment layout could not be simpler, the facilities are very bad and sketchy. The quality is worse than a motel, not to mention a hotel or apartment. I rarely give bad reviews even though the food or service experience is not good, but this place really shocked me and my family in a very negative way. In short, my whole family was disappointed right from the moment we sat in the waiting room. So disappointed!

VI trí nằm kế bên tòa nhà của Colline hotel Phòng 2 giường, mở cửa mới chịu nổi, không mở cửa toàn mùi ẩm trong phòng, ban đêm đóng bít cửa muỗi cắn không ngủ được. nên tự mang cho mình vài bình nước suối. Đi lên phòng mới biết chai nước suối cũng không có luôn. Phải chạy xuống lầu mua

Rất tệ về cách phục vụ và nói chuyện với khách hàng. Thứ nhất : mình có note vào yêu cầu là checkin lúc 10h00 sáng nhưng không nhận được phản hồi mình đã tự gọi điện đến để check và được báo là 12:00 khách check-out và xử lý cho bên mình nhận phòng sớm . Mình đợi đến 13h thì được hẹn là 20 phút sau 20 phút gọi lại thì đợi tiếp 20 phút nữa và chốt lại là chả thấy hỗ trợ khách hàng chỗ nào vì cũng gần 14:00 đến giờ checkin mới có phòng. Khi liên hệ đến thì một bạn nữ nhân viên đã dùng thái độ lớn tiếng và gằn giọng để giải thích về 12h00 checkout và 14:00 checkin cũng chả quan tâm khách hàng nói 2 bên battle nhau. Mình biết giờ checkin là 14:00 điều đó đã có ghi rõ nhưng thà vậy đừng hứa hẹn với khách hàng . Mà hãy nói với họ 14:00 mói có thể nhận phòng. Đừng để họ chờ trong thấp thỏm - mệt mỏi và cứ 20 phút lại hẹn tiếp 20 phút nữa quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp khi giá của các bạn cũng chả thấp hơn so với các khách sạn khác. Đừng để giá tiền và thái độ phục vụ của mình nó chênh lệch nhau như vậy . Và nếu được nên có các khoá trainning cho nhân viên về cách ứng xử với khách hàng của mình. Trân trọng.

Căn hộ rất ok với 1 phòng ngủ nhỏ và 2 phòng lớn view đẹp. Rất thích hành lang rộng thoáng của toà nhà Cô chủ dễ thương nhiệt tình, nếu được trang bị thêm cây vợt muỗi và chỉnh lại cửa toillet bị vênh khó đóng cài thì perfect Cảm ơn chủ nhà và Traveloka nhiều.

Phòng vệ sinh khá hôi gây trở ngại trong việc lưu trú. Mùa mưa nhưng không hỗ trợ đổi khăn tắm cho khách khi lưu trú tại đây( Khách đã giặt khăn đem phơi nhưng mưa làm ướt, khi khách cho nhu cầu đổi thì báo kho đóng cửa nên không đem sang được). Với giá này thì có thể ở khách sạn xa một xíu sẽ oke hơn rất nhiều.

Really very disappointed with this accommodation. I did not receive information when booking that I had to contact the accommodation staff first. When you arrive, contact the security to know that to get the room, you must call the landlord. I called you Minh (you said you are the owner of this apartment), read the code of the payment voucher and also the full name to book a room, but the owner was quite surprised when he did not know that a guest had booked. Almost 10 minutes later, you will check that there is a reservation, but you have to wait for about 1 hour to clean the room before you can move in. Due to urgent business, I asked if it was possible for me to check in early? My friend suggested that I upgrade to another type of apartment with a fee of 300,000 VND, and I will have a room right away. I agreed, but then the group continued to wait for nearly 45 minutes before they could go up to the apartment. The whole process had no staff to assist, no apologies for this inconvenience. I am dissapointed with this service attitude and service. I recorded a video clip of the closet in the apartment's room, after the staff had hastily and negligently moved to let the guests receive the apartment. If necessary, I will provide evidence because the system does not allow clips to be uploaded. In short, too bad for an experience!
