Quiet hostel I can deep slept. Staff helpful. But I don't know is regulation all dalat hostel is must keep the guest pasport? Because here the staff keep your pasport, and when I am go out, I request to take my passport and barter 1 million dong, after back to hostel they return my money and I give back passpor to staff.

Room: not very good, although it looks large, the space is not comfortable, the feeling is old, hard to describe. Room is noisy: people walking in the hallway, sounds from other rooms. Bed: the mattress is squeaky, just need to move and scream. Hot water is only 1 faucet in the bathtub, no hot water for washing face. The only plus point is: the way of service and communication of the receptionists is very very ok, very enthusiastic. I think you should promote. As for myself, the comment about the room, about the objective facilities is like that, because this is my first time staying at a homestay. So these are just objective reviews.

Bed mattress, decor and hot water are very ok. Only the toilet interior and the wall are a bit moldy and damaged. But its okay with this price. For traveling, this room is ok and comfortable

The room soundproof is very bad, the spring mattress is not comfortable, the TV does not receive any channels.

The hotel is really bad! The receptionist attitude is extremely bad. I booked 2 nights to take care of the work, to stay 1 night, the staff wanted me to change to another room or another place for them to repair. I disagree, the staff was annoyed. It is really "difficult" to stay 2 nights at this homestay!

Pong is not the same, old, dirty toilet. Large room, staff very cute. Location near the center
