생각보다 방이 조금 작았어요. 하지만 시내에 있어서 쇼핑이나 거리를 돌아다니며 쉬기엔 참 좋았습니다. 와이파이도 빵빵하고 1층에 하이랜드 커피숍이 있어서 참 좋아요. 커피도 맛있고요. 조식도 가볍고 하이랜드 모닝커피 너무 좋아요.

立地はリバーサイドに比べると地元色が濃いかな。一階がハイランズコーヒー、周りにもカフェがたくさんあります。我が家のように呑んで食べてタイプの方が好むお店はないかも。朝食はハイランズコーヒー隣の小さな麵屋「TyTy」で食べます。宿泊客の朝食用の小さなメニューがあり、「ALL OK!!」といいながら見せてくれますが、いざ注文をすると「今日はできない」の返答率高し。ここで食べたミークワンはとても美味しかったです。今回利用のスーペリアルームは白を基調とした狭いながらも、ソファーがあったりと可愛い部屋でした。女の子が好きそうな感じのお部屋です。シャワーは、水量湯量共にまぁまぁ。シャワーはレインフォール･ハンドタイプと切り替えで使えます。シャワーの水、泡水などが洗面所に流れ出るため、洗面所がビショビショになります。トイレは四方を摺りガラスで囲まれてます。摺りガラスと言えど、中の人の行動は見えます。しかもトイレのドアが摺りガラスの引き戸です。勢いよく閉めるのを防止する為、ドアにはストッパーが付いてます。そのストッパーのせいでトイレのドアは使用中も10cmくらい常に開いた状態です。トイレの中から部屋のテレビが見れるくらいです。音も丸聞こえです。初々しいカップルや、友達同士にはキツイかな。ホテルのランドリーを利用しました。17枚ほど出しましたがとても安く、午前中に出して16時の仕上がりといいつつ、14時過ぎには戻ってきました。念の為ランドリーに出すものを写メしておきました。帰ってきたものと見比べると、Gパン、ハンドタオルが戻ってきてませんでした。他の宿泊者のランドリーとして返却をされていた為、写真を見せて返却をしてもらいました。部屋の明かりは暗いです。もう少し明るくしてもらいたいくらい。夜遅くなると、ドアを閉める音が廊下にかなり響き、人によってはビックリして目が覚めてしまうかも。ホテルのWiFiがありますが、階毎に番号が違います。今回は5階に宿泊をしていた為、5階のWiFiを利用していましたが、ある日突然私だけ繋がらなくなりました。なぜか他の階のWiFiが繋がってました。ホテルのレセプションは、一階ハイランズコーヒーのカウンターの奥に小さくあります。日本語はできません。英語はまぁまぁですが、話せる人でも訛りがある為聞き取り辛いです。チェックアウトをして空港へ行く為にタクシーを拾おうと考えてると、フロントのお姉さんが言わずともタクシーを電話で呼んでくれました。今思うと、APECで街中渋滞していたので、自力ではなかなかタクシーが拾えなかったかも。リバービューに拘らない旅の時はまた利用するかな。本来ならホイアンで宿泊をする予定が、洪水の為泊まれなくなり当日に予約をしたホテルでしたが、それなりに快適に過ごすことができました。

Staff was very nice even offer us to borrow her bike to go around without to pay anything because we couldnt rent the bike. The room is always clean,and comfy,nice and safe city. The price at the time I went was reasonable, but if it was more than 600k, I wouldn't choose it. The staff's skills are still unprofessional and their attitude is not open. When checking out, accidentally when washing my hair, the towel was stained with dyed hair chemicals. The staff said I would have to pay 200 for not being able to bleach it. When I asked for the compensation price list, it was 200 for 2 pieces, not 1. The room is clean, but the air conditioner is old, so every midnight it turns off at 25 degrees, so it has to be turned off at 20 degrees before it turns off.

The hotel is so bad, the tiny room is not the same as the description, the comfort of the furniture does not have anything! The toilet is broken and standing just 1 person! Like hanging goat's head selling dog meat! The service staff is empty! Calling to serve no one heard, when listening, they asked to wait for the rice to eat! Go to the room and wait and call for people to check in before 20 minutes! Poor facilities! In short, it is extremely frustrating to miss this hotel! Price for 1 hotel so I think 200k hasn't arrived yet! Consider carefully before making a reservation because it is already booked, it is not refundable! Should check the room first, please put it not too late! Extremely bad, I haven't been at any other hotel like this hotel for a price of 600-850k but room supper only 20-25m2! Its double room is 1 bed with exactly 1 person! The whole picture is where the picture is, when it comes to receiving it for the bunker room! If I have a negative vote, I'm ready to vote! Never stop again for the second time! For free also not in !!

Although the room is not as big as I thought, baby is neat but lovely! Reception is also quite okie! Below is a coffee shop, so very convenient, I really like coffee alone so I can sit around in the evening walking around the city! Opposite the hotel, there are some delicious mixed rice cake shops! There will be time I will come back here!

The hotel is in a central location and has easy access to eating places. Room dark, a bit tight. There is no super speed tank in the room. There are only two sockets and one is in the bathroom, two people in the room who want to charge the phone is a little inconvenient.
