The hotel has a beautiful location, right in the center can watch the dragon and love bridge. however, hot baths sometimes do not. Quick mattress. Room soundproofed a bit poor. The day I arrived at the hotel, there were few customers so there was no buffe but still served alacarte in the room, a bit inconvenient that the receptionist called to confirm the meal time to serve. That is also a good way to takecare but for me it is inconvenient because I don't have a specific time for sleeping 😂.

Only the location and beautiful view left in the room did not reach. Dirty tea set up. Settling mattress is not possible. The bed is creaking very uncomfortably. The ceiling at the head of the bed looked up yet to have the paint plastered back Not set up the cape Borrow the tea pot to drink tea is not available. In the morning, when it came down, borrow it even if it was not available. There is karaoke on the key holder. Ask the receptionist also does not have. Hot water at times. Only the food court is good. I use 3 sessions there. The quality of the dish is very good and the price is very affordable.

Somehow this hotel is 4 *. I lost to my 3 * hotel. Hot water is not good, old furniture, damaged. It was mainly in the view that the window was sucked in the sky, tiny. Stand up to see. The hotel should be refurbished

It was so bad that I lost a 2-kilogram chocolate collection from the US to give a gift to my relatives in Hanoi after visiting this liveable city. Everything is beautiful and convenient when I first set foot in Da Nang to see all the things here are beautiful, clean and people here, hotel reception is very good and lovely they care and help customers when When I arrived at the hotel and the security guard was also worth helping me with my books or when I went shopping. But it is unacceptable when the housekeeping staff when I do check-out procedures they deliberately did not inform me to leave a colloquial meeting socala to me, until I came to Hanoi to join the memorial. I forgot to forget o Da Nang hotel and I called them to bring the chocolate chocolate meeting to the end of the report, which made me feel disappointed about the 4-star hotel. Hope the hotel is engraved with more staff.

Very good location but all decoration and management is need improve. Bathroom’s door; broken lock can not even close the door, bath tub also in a poor condition. The window is very dirty even is the very good scenery close by the Dragon bridge we can not take any pictures.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the dragon bridge. Everything is good, enthusiastic receptionists. It is a bit sad to check out when it rains but no staff members carry their luggage or umbrella. One more point except that the bathtub is unusable.
