I have been here for the second time and the experience is still very good, extremely satisfied, the hotel breakfast is diverse and suitable for families with children. Absolutely fantastic hotel!!!! Price is beyond reasonable. Great rooms with all the amenities you could possibly need. From the moment of arrival, the staff (Especially Jack) went above and beyond to make my stay that much more enjoyable. From arranging shuttle services for my daily golf rounds, recommending local restaurants and accomodating a late checkout on final day.....can't say enough about him and his team. Great location with everything you could need from dining to shopping to spas and wellness. A must stay when in Da Nang.

The staff is not very enthusiastic, my family has a car but they did not arrange a parking space because there was another passenger bus taking up the space, I asked them twice from noon to evening to notify the guests to move the car but they both forgot, it felt quite superficial, the room had a sea view but only a corner, breakfast was also basic

The hotel is located in a very bustling Western neighborhood, with trees all around. Motorbike rental and laundry services are good and cheap. The hotel is clean and modernly designed, but the bathroom/toilet/sink area is a bit inconvenient. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, Ngoc Anh smiles brightly :)))

The mini fridge was faulty, even though we changed it to another one, it still didn't work. There was a whole bottle of water in the fridge that the previous guest had opened and drank a little bit of but still left it, making me almost drink it. The buffet food was too boring, too little and bland, we just ate to fill our stomachs. The path to the swimming pool was terribly rusty, if you don't wear sandals it will be very dangerous. Not up to 4 star criteria.

Dear customers, First of all, Draco would like to thank you for choosing us as your place to stay when coming to Da Nang. We are sorry to hear that you had a less than great experience at Draco. The problem with the refrigerator not being cool: the minibar only cools the drinks in the refrigerator, not as cold as a home refrigerator, and the hotel changed it for me. Regarding the bottle of mineral water opened before the guests arrived, it is impossible because when the guests arrived and said the refrigerator was not cold, a new one was immediately changed for them, and when changed, the two bottles of water were still full and firm, with no signs of being opened beforehand. The road to the swimming pool is under maintenance, causing some inconvenience. We sincerely apologize to our customers. Once again, the entire Draco team apologizes to our customers and hopes that you will have good trips in the future. Thank you very much!
