I had an unsatisfactory experience when I booked Duc Thanh 1, when I arrived, the owner ran out to tell me to go to Duc Thanh 2 because the old guest wanted to stay longer. This should have been reported at least 1 hour in advance so that the guest would know how to go to the right place to save time. But this lady texted 14 minutes before I arrived. Second, the drinking water in Duc Thanh 2, I know it is to protect the environment but canned water should also be left for guests to use to ensure hygiene. As for the hotel, there is a water bottle and cup, who knows what kind of water it is, what its origin is, is it old or new water, is it refilled, changed and cleaned daily or not, if the guest drinks it and has a stomachache or something, will the hotel take responsibility, so my group decided not to use that water and provide our own water. This is what I feel unsatisfied about the hotel. Otherwise, everything in Duc Thanh 2 is fine.

Very convenient to go to Hang Duong cemetery, go to the market and go to the beach. The owner is very friendly, the price is reasonable compared to the room and location. Especially, they sell delicious grilled pork bread. I will come back.

The landlady is super cute, her house is called super clean because it's a private house, so it's less worrying if you let the kids go. The little kids stay and play comfortably. She also sells ceremonial items that are reasonably priced and beautiful.

Khách sạn ổn nhưng khăn và chăn gối bị mùi xà phòng nồng nặc dẫn đến khó ngủ và mùi khăn không dám dùng để lau mặt. Nhân viên dọn phòng thì thấy sạc điện thoại của mình nhưng không gửi lại dù mình đã để đồ ở đó hơn 1 tiếng sau khi check out.

Hotels that have to take stairs, like renting a motel, below is not the lobby but the living room of the owner's house. Around 8 pm checkin, it was cloudy on the 1st floor, and the electricity was turned off as a way to save electricity. When it's hot or cold, it's good and bad, in the bathroom, there's a big bucket that doesn't know how to collect water or do anything. The worst thing is that my room was pulled by someone else, not once, but twice, even though the first time I mentioned it (but jerked it at night). I have responded to the owner, they said it must be wrong, but who wants to snatch it. Huh? Overall, the experience was pretty bad for me. Should add another 1-200k to have better hotels.

Quá tệ so với mức giá thuê. Hotel không có thang máy, vali size 28, khách tự mang lên tầng 3. Phòng nhiều muỗi, thiếu đồ dùng. Khách không có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ đồ lễ và thuê xe, nên tỏ thái độ rất thờ ơ với khách. Sẽ không quay lại đây.
