The reception waiting room is also hot, the homeowner should add a fan or turn on the air conditioner. The receptionist named Phuc is very enthusiastic and attentive. However, the laundry service is too expensive. Washing T-shirts 30k/c, ironing T-shirts also 30k/c. Washing a little bit of clothes but losing more than 400k for laundry. Reception on the first floor does not have air conditioning. The room card can't open the guest room, but it can open another room 😀 The owner of the hotel is not welcoming to the guests
