Hotel staff did not know what day the booking was made, when arriving at the check-in room, the customer had to give a payment slip, asking how much the room price was before arranging the room, cumbersome procedures, making the customer have to write a sign, while others just need to say the name of the check, here the receptionist does not check the information to make the customer prove that the reservation ... the studio room reservation is not the same as photos, normal cable TV can not be seen, motorbike 23h closed ... very inconvenient, broken hand hygiene shop can only open the outside can not open, due to habit in the room cold closed the toilet door so when closed, it was locked to the door, thanks to the hotel for assistance, but there was no extra key, and could not change the room It's too inconvenient 😒
