The room is clean, everything is almost wonderful when I rest here, modern and no damp smell is a great point, near Hoa Binh area behind Da Lat market there is a variety of food, the area is super quiet, the rooms are always tidy, the staff is very enthusiastic and cute, I will come back here when I have the chance, the price is very reasonable

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very good experience, the room was clean, the receptionist was friendly, enthusiastic support, the room was clean and tidy. Traveling in the city center is super convenient, you can go to the market just by walking. In general, the price, convenience of travel and service attitude are super reasonable💖

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and dusty. The towels were covered in spider webs. The floor was full of sand and hair as if it had not been cleaned. The room was stuffy. The fan could not be turned on. The worst thing was that they did not support early check-in. Check-in 30 minutes early required an additional charge of 50% of the room rate. I will never return to this hotel. Everyone should consider carefully when booking.

The room had dirty cups even though it was said to have been thoroughly cleaned. The wardrobe had a moldy spot and was blocked by a dressing table that was difficult to open. One side of the wardrobe had a broken handle. The room was 22 square meters but it was actually not enough, very cramped. It took more than 2 hours to check in. Booked through traveloka, but could only stay on the ground floor, super noisy, no soundproofing, everyone walking back and forth could hear it. In addition, the group of guests sitting outside laughing and talking was enough to hear. Couldn't rest. The shower in the toilet was broken, couldn't be used, the hot water heater only worked for a while. The dryer was super old. Didn't dare use it for fear of burning it The magnetic lock was broken, had to use a mechanical lock. For the price of 600k, it was really expensive. I'm very disappointed in Traveloka for choosing such a bad hotel to advertise to customers.

Room is tiny, did not same as the picture and smelly of drain. Price is not cheap we need to pay more to get a windows room but still smelled and tiny. They reused the toothbrush were sure. We had to break all the toothbrushes and bought new ones to use. So scare

New room, advantage is near the market, easy to travel. The room has a large glass door to enjoy the view, but the ventilation slot can only be opened slightly, not allowing air circulation. In Da Lat but not cold, have to turn on the fan to sleep.
