A big Thank you to the team supervised by a wonderful manager. We had the best time. And when I could not get a bus back to Hanoi, she got it done within minutes. Talking about the hotel, it is 7 minutes walk to Moana and about 12 minutes walk to sunworld.

Great location and nice hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening staff limited English. The garbage across the street is terrible and would really be nice to clean it regularly as you look at the trash from the restaurant.

For the price, this is the best hotel in its price range. The hotel lobby is large and beautiful. The room is spacious, has a mountain view and even a bathtub. The only downside is probably the view with the power lines. The rooftop swimming pool is also beautiful and has a great view. At first, I didn't expect much from the hotel food, but the food here is better than I thought.

The receptionist is very meticulous. I live in Lao Cai so I go to Sa Pa quite a lot. The first time I stayed, the hotel was clean, new, and beautiful. The service was very good. The price was also good. I will stay again next time.
