We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with very reasonable prices.
The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and rented bike too. We only wish we had time to check out the tennis court.
The duty manager, Vi, speaks good English and was extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The rest of the staff was very welcoming too, from the bellhop to Mr Thien at the front desk to Ms Thuy at room service. Thank you to FLC for ensuring a good stay for our family.

풀빌라에 묵으면서 편아하게 휴가를 잘 보냈습니다. 퀴논시티나 에오지오에 갈때 이용한 셔틀도 편했습니다. 조식은 살사비치 레스토랑에서의 부페가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 다만 바베큐나이트 저녁부페를 먹었는데 바베큐의 내용이 생각보다 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 퀴논시티에 나가서 먹은 쌀국수가 훨씬 좋았습니다.
전체적으로 4박5일을 편안하고 여유롭게 잘 보내고 왔습니다.

レセプションは英語が通じないことが多く、電話はほぼコミニュケーション不可能。ドアマンは英語が出来る人が多く、レストランも多いがそれ以外は意思伝達不可能。
チェックアウトの際、バスソルトの蓋が壊れているから弁償しろといわれた。もちろん壊してないが、エクスペディアの口コミにも同じことを言われた人がいたと書いてあった。払わなかったが詐欺のようなことをされた気分であった。壊してないとしつこく言わなくてはならないのは気分を害する。残念であった。
全体的には良いがバスソルトの蓋の詐欺に気をつけて！

My family just had a vacation at FLC Quy Nhon, staying in a 4-bedroom villa. The experience was not really worth the price paid.
• Rooms and amenities: The villa is quite spacious but the facilities are old and not well maintained, making it uncomfortable to use. The furniture and equipment in the room do not bring the feeling of luxury as expected.
• Service: The service quality is not professional, lacking dedication compared to the standards of a high-class resort.
• Cuisine: The breakfast and dinner buffets are both poor in choice, the dishes are not delicious, not rich, not worthy of the brand as well as the cost spent.
In general, this vacation at FLC Quy Nhon left many regrets.

I paid to rent a private villa, but the pool cleaner (male) suddenly entered the area near the pool, even though I had put a “do not disturb” sign on the door. The house is surrounded by glass doors, the male cleaner entered the area where I was staying, and when he passed by, he saw me in the house and turned back to look again. It was not private and respectful at all, you need to reconsider your staff management!

The room was good, but the swimming pool in villa contains a lot of Clo (even when I'm 2 meters far from the pool), private pool was not clean as well. Food at Huong Bien restaurant was overpriced, very little dishes in dinner buffet -> disappointed. However, breakfast at Salsha restaurant was good 🫰.

The accommodation and beach were nice but the service was bad for the price. Each tram call takes 30 minutes to get a car. The distance from the villa to the lobby is very far if walking is about 2-3km. Breakfast buffet with little food. In addition, FLC is far from the city center (20km away) around, the pigs suck, the roads are undeveloped, so it is very inconvenient for those who want to visit. Plus point is near wind and contraction period.

Rooms are moldy, dusty like a month no one is in. Borrow the iron or whatever, and shut up. Welcoming as a 1-star hotel, eating is too poor for a budget hotel, no food is served by anyone ... everything has to be crowded and waiting. - Immediately after coming to the hotel, my friend called and asked to make sure I did not book. - By the time I call again to check, the customer service staff responded not enthusiastically, not greeting anything to turn off the device. - Breakfast for order to the villa is just sandwich, bread but nearly 50 minutes to have (must call urged 1 time) and not hot. - When asking the lobby staff where to rent a bicycle and call the tram out at 7am, the door is not opened, the lobby staff will not tell you so that the time-consuming guests there will not open the door? - Asked to open the door at 8 o'clock, then went back to swim until 8 o'clock than come back still no staff there - Breakfast normal

Despite reviewing quite a lot of mixed opinions about the attitude of the service staff, after spending 2 days at FLC resort, I was too satisfied with the service of the resort. In my opinion, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the room is cleaned 2, 3 times a day creating a very comfortable feeling because the items are always new. The biggest minus point is probably the breakfast buffet, which is a bit less and less special. Overall, my vacation in FLC is too over expectation, thank you very much for FLC.

The room was good, but the swimming pool in villa contains a lot of Clo (even when I'm 2 meters far from the pool), private pool was not clean as well. Food at Huong Bien restaurant was overpriced, very little dishes in dinner buffet -> disappointed. However, breakfast at Salsha restaurant was good 🫰.

The accommodation and beach were nice but the service was bad for the price. Each tram call takes 30 minutes to get a car. The distance from the villa to the lobby is very far if walking is about 2-3km. Breakfast buffet with little food. In addition, FLC is far from the city center (20km away) around, the pigs suck, the roads are undeveloped, so it is very inconvenient for those who want to visit. Plus point is near wind and contraction period.

Rooms are moldy, dusty like a month no one is in. Borrow the iron or whatever, and shut up. Welcoming as a 1-star hotel, eating is too poor for a budget hotel, no food is served by anyone ... everything has to be crowded and waiting. The first time was ok, the second time I broke up forever. Negative points

- Immediately after coming to the hotel, my friend called and asked to make sure I did not book. - By the time I call again to check, the customer service staff responded not enthusiastically, not greeting anything to turn off the device. - Breakfast for order to the villa is just sandwich, bread but nearly 50 minutes to have (must call urged 1 time) and not hot. - When asking the lobby staff where to rent a bicycle and call the tram out at 7am, the door is not opened, the lobby staff will not tell you so that the time-consuming guests there will not open the door? - Asked to open the door at 8 o'clock, then went back to swim until 8 o'clock than come back still no staff there - Breakfast normal

Despite reviewing quite a lot of mixed opinions about the attitude of the service staff, after spending 2 days at FLC resort, I was too satisfied with the service of the resort. In my opinion, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the room is cleaned 2, 3 times a day creating a very comfortable feeling because the items are always new. The biggest minus point is probably the breakfast buffet, which is a bit less and less special. Overall, my vacation in FLC is too over expectation, thank you very much for FLC.
