Great pools and plenty of places to eat at although quite expensive Nice rooms We had to pay for extra beds which was expensive at £30 per child and a bit much as we’d already paid fir the children to stay but apparently your children r expected to sleep with under the age of 12!! We found this in most hotels and resorts Vietnam is a great place to visit and can be cheap to stay in but not if you go as a family and there r lots of add ons in the hotels and resorts where the food is over priced and not always the best The people r friendly and helpful and there r plenty of things to see and do like the Dragon bridge the hands of god and water parks and markets They eat a wide variety of foods some of which r definitely not to the western palate The weather was good as well with only the occasional rain deluge Generally it was hot and humid The beaches r lovely and clean Service is generally good

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*

I stayed at the resort for 4 days and 3 nights . It wasn’t that nice as I expected . I smelled the sewer around my room. During the time we were at the resort, weather was very hot but the lobby didn’t provide water. It was inconvenient for us to go upstairs at 4th floor for water. However, we all loved the breakfast . Check-in process was terrible with long waits and they forgot to tell me that my room was ready - I had to check in with them multiple times after they inaccurately told me the wait times. The communication via Expedia was worse, Furama only responded when they needed questions answered., otherwise, took a few follow ups (and days) for them to respond to simple questions like shuttle service etc. Just to get a passive aggressive response like “as mentioned in our previous email”… what previous email?! We’ve been communicating through Expedia site only where you can check past messages! So rude and unprofessional.

The Deluxe ocean view suite from the third floor had a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our time here at this resort. Food was good. My kids were excited to have their first burger in Vietnam and although expensive it didn’t disappoint.
