You need to be aware of this hotel's late check-out. There is no advance notice of late check-out, nor is there a call to the customer when it is time to check out. Even though I checked out at 13:08, which is 1:08 minutes. This makes customers unhappy when they have to pay fees

I rented a room for my mother and younger brother, the next morning I saw my mother sending a picture of this table and she was very scared. The room was not clean, the faucet could not be turned on. My mother had to check out for the night and go to another hotel room. I booked on the app so I had to pay for the room in advance. So bad.

Lễ tân rất bất lịch sự! Cộc cằn! Ăn nói với khách rất láo! Đặt phòng từ sớm đến lúc 11h hơn thì lễ tân báo 12h nhận phòng nhưng 1h chiều quay lại thì chưa dọn phòng! Hỏi còn phòng khác không vì nhu cầu mình chỉ tắm rửa 3h chiều trả phòng ra sân bay rồi! Lễ tân qăng cái thẻ phòng không thèm hướng dẫn j! Chồng mình hỏi phong 101 là tầng này luôn hay lên lầu thì trả lời rất cộc cằn! Phòng ốc thì dơ dáy cũ kĩ kinh khủng! Cần 1 chỗ tắm gần sân bay để nối chuyến thì đừng ai đến đây để bị đối xử như mình nhé!

The room looks good and clean but the smell is bad. There are mosquitoes. Quality of aircon is bad: not cool enough and quite noisy. Note that the window look directly to neighbouring houses’ windows closely, hence there is totally no privacy unless we have to close the curtain. Though it is not really very bad, it can not be reviewed as good. This quality should have cheaper price.

Not clean. Torn towel. Smelly. Wifi not available in room. Luckily only 480 m walking from international airport but very busy street. Receptionist can speak English. Ordered Grab for food and return to airport for safety.

Phòng dơ, có mùi thuốc lá- drap trải giường ố màu + dơ bụi --> phải phàn nàn khó chịu với lễ tân thì mới có chú dọn phòng lên hỗ trợ thay drap + giẻ lau chân chỗ phòng tắm. Giẻ lau chân thì đen thui, dơ bẩn, hôi. Nền nhà thì siêu siêu bẩn, nhờ chú lau lại thì chú nói lau lại cũng dơ à nên chú không lau. Chú nói phòng này là do cô tạp vụ làm phòng dơ chứ không phải chú. Vòi nước trong phòng tắm thì yếu. Nói chung trải nghiệp rất chán - làm dịch vụ cũng chán. Lễ tân không thèm nhìn mặt khách khi khách check in (thời gian tầm 8pm). Yêu cầu đổi phòng thì báo hết phòng trong khi trên web thì còn 2-3 phòng cho thuê đăng trên đó. Không dám quay lại nữa.

Ban đầu book phòng là phòng đơn giường đôi, đến nhận phòng thì nhân viên báo hết phòng và đổi sang phòng đôi 2 giường. Không phải ai cũng thích điều này. Phòng nhìn tưởng như tốt nhưng thực chất khá bẩn. Tổng quan thì gạch nền nứt vỡ, góc phòng bẩn với đầy bụi và tóc, tủ gỗ ngay bàn trà thì mốc trắng ở các khe và lỗ. Nhà vệ sinh thì chân tường 20cm tùe sàn lên bẩn như chưa từng được cọ rửa, bồn rửa tay đầy vết bẩn chắc chắn không được vệ sinh trước đó. Ga gối đệm nhìn sắp gọn gàng phẳng phiu nhưng điều tối kỵ là vết bẩn trên ga và tóc trên gối, xung quanh giường đều có. Tóc có cả tóc dài của nữ và tóc ngắn của nam, không hiểu ai đã nằm trên đó trước khi tôi vào. Riêng điều này mạnh tay tôi sẽ chỉ đánh giá 1*. Với giá phòng giảm còn tầm 5xxK và giá bình thường hơn 1tr thì tự mọi người đánh giá đi.
