I just stayed 1 night and the receptionist Phuong was very helpful and professional. She helped us rent a motorbike and showed us how to get around the city and how to get to the airport. I will definitely go back to this hotel again because of her good service.

The room is very small, the stairs are steep, the bathroom is private but not in the room, the bathroom is also small, quite lacking in amenities. I paid extra for a room with a private bathroom but it was beyond my expectation, not really in the room, but it was just a one-time experience. The only good thing is that the receptionist is cute.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, convenient to walk around many tourist attractions. The female receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic in supporting customers The downside is that there is no elevator, so those on the 4th floor like me have a bit of trouble carrying their suitcases. The rooms and facilities are average, can't ask for too much with such a price in the old town

I can only give points to the enthusiastic staff, everyone is cheerful and polite with customers. As for the room: - there is no elevator, the small, steep stairs are tiring to climb. - The bathroom smells, not very clean. - The things in the room smell of bleach ;(( If you don't have high requirements and are looking for a room near the old town, it's okay to stay temporarily. As for me, next time I will spend a little more money on another room and won't dare come back here again :((
