Good service. They will reach out to you through WhatsApp and make sure that they will assist you during your stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to Hanoi Opera House, which is very close to the VinBus stop to Mega Grand World. There’s also plenty of food and coffee places around the area.

Lovely stay, lovely staff, great location. I was upgraded upon arrival, room was spacious and bathroom very modern. I slept so well! Gym on rooftop was small, but had everything you need. Breakfast was amazing! Large selection of dishes including usual breakfast items as well as more brunchy options like grilled chicken, noodle soups, stir fried veg, salads, and fruit. Staff were all so kind and lovely. Great location, walkable distance to all cool things around Old Quarter. 10/10 would recommend!
