Pros: extremely spacious room..new furniture, clean, beautiful extremely satisfied with the hotels I have included 4 5 * or weak resorts: suites do not have a bath: ((no slippers Going in the room, missing something with an individual will definitely come back.

Booked a 2-bed room apartment. When we arrived at 12am in local time, the security guy didn't know anything about our my booking. He had to call a few times to a lady and made us wait for 30 mins without assigning a room to us. He then gave us a separate 1-bed room apartment. When we asked, the lady claimed their apartment doesn't have 2-bed room apartment. This is weird! We booked exactly the 2-bed room based on the website details! After several times of questioning only she finally admitted the apartment has 2-bedroom unit. The people are not very honest. Also, the male security was very bad as he just stand there and see without offering any help to carry our luggages. When we asked for call taxi, he didn't want to do it and asked us to walk to the street to hail taxi ourself! Location is very far from old quarter and the city area. Taxi not very honest as they would make a big detour and be prepare to pay a higher fare. Stay away from this apartment!

I made a reservation and paid a 2-bedroom apartment for 2 days. I did not receive any notice until I came to check in when the staff informed me that the room was unavailable. You offered to arrange 2 single rooms for us or transfer us to the same class hotel 2km away. I disagree and ask you to pay me back for my own hotel. I think this is an unprofessional way of working. If the room is being repaired, why post it on the web. and if someone is there, why not inform guests actively. I am very unhappy ...

Apartment is very new, beautiful furniture. The guard and the landlord are very friendly. In general, I am very satisfied. However, there is a small minus point because the new room is put into use, so there is a shortage of small furniture such as trash, shower gel, shampoo ... the apartment has 1 glass door without blinds, so it is quite inconvenient. . If I go to work the next time I will still be here
