Okay. When I opened the door, it smelled of bleach. After cleaning the room, let the smell subside before closing the door. Does the hotel have 2 outlets? It's a bit inconvenient to use multiple devices. Please check your room card again. I can't open the door.

Hotels should be flexible with guests' time. If guests arrive early and the room is available, they should arrange for guests to check in early. They say check-in time is 2 hours, but early check-in is charged an additional 20% of the room price. Feel uncomfortable.

The female receptionist didn't seem enthusiastic, asked to clean the room but didn't send someone to clean it, it took a long time to see, the room attendant showed discomfort when cleaning. If you ask to pay for the room in advance, I'm afraid that the guests will leave or not

The attitude of the female receptionist is extremely bad. When checking in, there was no concierge staff when checking out, remember to bring your room card and remote control bag to return to the front desk, but when checking out, insisted on guiding the guest, and ordered the guest to return to the room. to get the room card to give to the front desk. If not for the reason of convenience for work nearby definitely do not book this hotel.
