I came here and experienced the Deluxe Family room - Basic Rate. Very spacious and comfortable because it is on the 4th floor so it is very airy and quiet space because of the high floor and night time hours.

Everything is ok. I've been here many times. It's just that this time I found out that the bedding can only be changed after 3 days. That made me feel a bit confused and uncomfortable. But the cleaning lady was still very polite when I asked to change everything and clean.

The room is ok but you should check carefully about the laundry issue. I checked in late at night, tired and saw stains on the bed so I only slept on one bed so the other bed could have a cleaning sign tomorrow. The next day I was informed that it had been cleaned, but the blankets still had a lot of stains! Even more than when I first checked in.

The staff is ok, enthusiastic, stayed for 10 nights but only gave drinking water for 1 day, when asked, the staff said the hotel only gave 1 day, the room was too noisy, next to the gas station was scary, not airy, stuffy and smelly, overall the hotel was okay, because I didn't know so I booked 10 nights, if I knew to book for 1 night experience, I would have moved to another hotel.

The hotel is in the Western Quarter but the price is very cheap. I only rented it to sleep so it was okay. Although the furniture was old, it was spacious. For that price, I couldn't ask for more.

Staff was friendly. The room was quite small. The window didn't have sound proof so I could hear the noise from the street clearly. The hotel was located in a busy area and street so it was noisy in the evening. The bed had small ants coming out from nowhere. The aircon remote didn't work so well. I could get a deal with the price below 300k VND/night. That price suited the hotel. If it's above 300k, it'll be pricey.
