Convenient although basic amenities. Comfortable and spacious. Certainly clean. The bathrooms above make a noise though and you should ask for a room that doesn’t face the airport or main road. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Worth what you pay and the proximity to the airport means just a 10 minute drive.

Most accommodating staff and very clean and nice property

Last minute booking through Hotel.com. I sent them a message to collect me at the airport but apparently they can't reply to me. Called them on their contract number and was collected at the airport. Room was large, basic, clean and comfortable. The "free shuttle service" is not free. I paid 250,000VND (return) which is not too bad. Staff were wonderful.

The property manager was very responsive, airport pickup was promptly, just within 10 minutes.

Our stay at HAAP transit was just what we needed before we fe Kew home to Australia. Tge rooms are clean and big and transport to Airport with Andy was smooth and efficient. Thank you

This is an airport hotel primarily for those not looking for the frills - or the cost - of more notable hotels. Clean large room, comfortable bed, breakfast prepared fresh, good transfer to/from airport. A niche hotel but a very good one.

This is a perfect place to stay when I travel to Vietnam. Quiet, beautiful large clean rooms. Staff is awesome.

Extremely nice hotel owners. Lift Our room was spacious and quiet. Very simple breakfast was prepared for us. Our room does not have a normal window. It has a window to corridor. We asked the hotel owner to turn off a light in th corridor because curtain did not protect us from the corridor light.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's cleanliness was truly impressive, with every area meticulously maintained and spotless. From the lobby to the rooms, the attention to detail in keeping everything clean was evident.

Good property for a layover in Hanoi. Grab from airport costed 69,000 VND. Staff was kind to wake me up so I could catch my flight. But I wish the breakfast time was more flexible: I couldn’t make it as it started from 7 AM!

Hotel is good for a transit stay. Room very large, clean, washroom large and clean. We had a king bed which was rock hard. AC worked well. My issue was with the area around the hotel and limited dining options. There was one restaurant near the hotel but since I am a tourist flying the next morning, I did not want to chance a meal in it. I asked if they had menus for restaurants that we could have deliver to us. They had none. They would be well served to offer some better dining options for tourists.

This place is close to the airport, has a comfy bed and a nice shower. Everything needed for an early flight.

Handy to the airport. Was a great place to stay while getting adjusted to the time shift and heading off to the north for a bit.

This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night.
