The room smelled of cigarettes, asked to change rooms, but every room was fine, the corridor lights are so economical, it's always dark like a haunted house

Great service, whatever I need. Central location, take a few steps to go to Ha Long Park. The room is brand new and very clean, the owner is enthusiastic and funny. Recommend people should experience the service of the hotel when traveling to Ha Long 🥰

Staff attitude is not good if not uncomfortable, if booking is not due to contacting the hotel directly, the reason is not to let children under the age of 18 stay or be a domestic hotel but again Passports are required and customers are required to cancel reservations on the App for them to resolve. Really very time consuming and uncomfortable. Will not return to the hotel!

The description is not specified, until the reservation is guaranteed not to accept children. Free breakfast turned out to be just bread. Fortunately, the landlord paid me 1 room for free. Paying for a booking is 13pm and they require 11h check-out
