The hotel is considered pleasant. As close to the picture shown, the problem was when the booking was booked for 5 nights (17-22) but the hotel told the 21st day that we booked 4 nights which the hotel had already seen. The hotel also confirms that the price paid is for 4 nights! When the hotel asked for a phone number in Vietnam, he said that the call was not connected. Then complained reluctantly that it was the price for 4 nights but we stayed at this hotel many times to come to Hanoi The hotel has to stay for another 1 night, but let us contact through the app to confirm again via email. This is the first app service. Stayed in this hotel many times Use the booking service of other apps. There is no problem. This is not to blame for this app. But do not know which is the fault of any party If not the hotel that used to stay (And he remembered his face) We must definitely be in trouble.
