We are happy to stay 4 nights. With the value, this hotel is perfect. It is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, easy to go around by walking and get food. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff service is the best! There is a manager on duty who always stand by and take care of us, recommending nearby restaurants and interesting places. This hotel is so convenient and I highly recommend this hotel.

ทำเลดีสุดๆ อยู่ในดงของกิน ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ บาร์เบียร์ เดินทางสะดวก เดินไปทะเลสาบหว่านเกี๋ยมได้ เดินไปโบสถ์ได้ และอยู่ใกล้จุดถ่ายรูปเมืองเก่ามากๆ พนักงานบริการดีสุดๆ ประทับใจ อาหารเช้ามีครบ ห้องนอนกว้างมาก มีระเบียง สรุปชอบมากกกก ราคาไม่แพง ครั้งหน้าก็จะพักที่นี่อีก

The room is very comfortable and clean, the outside of the room with a balcony will be more noisy than the inside ... but it is very interesting to watch the streets and passers-by in the busy old quarter. Front desk and friendly room service. The hotel is located in the center so it is convenient to travel to the dining and shopping streets.

If you want a hotel in old quarter that is centre of everything. This is it clean room nice breakfast nice staff everything. If I ever back to Hanoi again. This is where I absolutely will stay

The staff are enthusiastic, the hotel is right in the old town, so it is close to everywhere, clean, not as noisy as we think, buffet breakfast with few dishes but quite suitable.

I like Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel, the location is very good in the Old Quarter. The breakfast was delicious in my two days there, around the hotel there were lots of good food, we took 2 large rooms and there was a connection, so we felt like at home (because the connection was like an alley that could breathe free air). The hotel staff is very helpful / helpful. If I go to Hanoi, I will return to stay at Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel

I book a double bed for 2 people. staff take a twin room. when the room is changed, the room is exhausted I don't know what to say with such a way. so we put 2 beds close together to lie side by side. But all night I felt very back and uncomfortable. I think I never came here anymore because of the unprofessional way of working. already put the customer into it. I don't want to make a big deal but if the room runs out. The hotel must be responsible for contacting us to arrange or return the money for us to hire another hotel. I'm very sad and disappointed. poor soundproofing room. very noisy. small room.

The bed was very big, but the bed was too small and the sound was not good so the room was very noisy at night due to the noise of the outside noise that made it impossible to sleep.
