Gentle, comfortable, dedicated service staff. Although the trip was short, I had a very happy experience. I rented a single room for 4 days and 3 nights, very good. I live in 62 silver shops, around a lot of places to eat and drink and especially near Sword Lake, so it's very convenient to travel.

Yang pertama customer service sangat jelek coba aja kalian yang baca menghubungi customer service apakah bisa apa ditanggapi pastinya tidak ditanggapi sama sekali dari komplain kalian. Untuk review hotelnya seseorang masuk ke dalam kamar saya saat kami menginap dengan alasan mau bersihin AC tanpa sepengetahuan kami

Hotel does not have an elevator, I carried dozens of luggage from the bottom to the 5th floor, and brought it down. If you book two beds, you will have to pay an additional 150 thousand to have a two-bed room.

The hotel for the first night does not deliver the room as booked, booking a room with 01 king bed and 01 single bed the first night, delivering a room with a queen bed and only supporting 100,000 VND for that small room error.

It is nice to return back to this property after a 3 years gap due to the pandemic. It was previously known as Paradise Boutique Hotel, and underwent a rebranding exercise and it 's now known as Paradise Hotel and Spa under the care of a new management, I believe caused by the Pandemic. I choose this property because of its location, location, location-cleanliness, comfortable bed and surrounding local restaurants. Rates are once of the cheapest in the area and were marked down even further as they had decided to remove breakfasts, which was not a problem due to the many eateries around the hotel. Highly recommended hotel, but my concern is I will have problems booking this property in the future due to this recommendation - which had happened to me in other properties that I rated positively.

I stayed 3 days 2 nights here. However, the first 2 mornings, the hotel always lost water in their area (in front of the hotel). I don't have water for personal hygiene or related matters. Such 2 consecutive days of dehydration is very uncomfortable, especially in the morning. On the morning of the 3rd day, the water was very weak, unable to run hot water for me to use while the weather was very cold. Stay only 3 days but 3 days are the same! Very disappointed! As for the service and staff, they are very good, friendly to guests.!

upon arrival. Receptionist told to change to branch 2 with the reason of having F0. but I see this establishment is still operating as usual. through facility 2 upon check-in. The receptionist also helped us with the room. but when I received it, I was very disappointed, the room was old, the blanket was old and rumpled, and the towels were extremely dirty, torn enough. ... a bad stay with rooms
