+ Location: very close to the sea and close to Tran Hung Dao street (the arterial route, with Vin's bus passing through). + Staff: enthusiastic, friendly and always ready to help, even support you to check-in early without surcharge if the room is empty. + There is room cleaning and towel change every morning (if you go out). + Air-conditioner: ok but loud. + Wifi: extremely weak, can't do anything, maybe it's because I'm on the 3rd floor, but nowadays, that kind of wifi is not acceptable. + Swimming pool: quite dirty, cloudy water and many leaves; The smell of bleach is very strong. + Breakfast: okay, food is not very diverse, not very good (personal taste).

Mọi thứ đều ổn, từ chào đón khách hàng, bể bơi, phòng ngủ. Bữa ăn sáng hơi ít nhưng mình thấy oke, nói chung trải nghiệm ổn. Nếu so sánh với giá thì mình thấy hơi đắt khi so chất lượng như vậy, điểm cộng nhiều nhất với mình là có hồ bơi, nhưng hồ bơi hơi nhiều lá khô rụng xuống

❌❌Really so disappointed, never seen a 3 star hotel that treats guests like that, won't come back for money a second time. Everyone should stay away! A sincere advice for those who plan to stay here, just a few dishes in the morning buffet. - The receptionist (apparently the owner) had a face like a wedding party, talking rudely. Looks like it's fine to laugh here - I booked 6 rooms but went down to give 5 rooms to share and no apology even though I contacted them before. - The elevator is the same as the 1998 life, the stairs are definitely dark because it's dark. - Especially, my family has a few young people who make a few cans, so contact receptionist A and tell him to borrow a gas stove to boil some seafood dishes and a table to sit and sip. When I bought seafood, the other receptionist (the owner) said she didn't let me sit at the table and didn't lend me a kitchen. blood hot. and yet she resisted me saying hotel rules. I asked her to rewind the camera or the other employee's phone to verify, just drag the rules. We accept surcharges but why treat guests like that - Everyone wants to go out with their family for comfort and come here, they must be mad one day. I think I don't want to make a big deal out of it because it's really brazen

tiếp tân tiếp khách không niềm nở, tôi đã đặt phòng và ghi chú trả phòng 3h cho nhận phòng rất trễ chưa dọn đồ xong đã gọi hối ra trong khi còn tróing rất nhiều phòng, khi vào toilet rất hôi, dịch vụ kém

Clean pool, nice rooms, cute staff, location near the sea. The thing is, the room does not change towels, tools, when calling, wait a bit longer. Everything is fine.

Corrupted refrigerator and repair, the staff taking the backup card swipes the card straight into the guest room, not 1 apology. Flooded bath house does not solve. If the customers borrowed food from the oven, the attitude of the staff makes it difficult to make sure that the food is weak. the hallway in the evening does not fit in. A dark 8-9h light bulb just stands in the corridor like a deserted hotel. If you do not use the tour service at the hotel, everyone will face big faces.
