Our recent stay at Hilton Da Nang was truly memorable. The hotel itself is wonderful, with modern design, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views of the Han River and city skyline. Its location is excellent. Just a short walk to the Dragon Bridge and close to many of Da Nang’s attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The dining options were fantastic, offering both local flavours and international cuisine, and the breakfast spread was among the best we’ve experienced. Hilton Da Nang combines luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel delivers an experience that exceeds expectations. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Da Nang.

Absolutely amazing stay here. We had 17 of us. The staffs were friendly and professional. One of our member forgotten to close room safe. Housekeeping came, saw and had the office team came to monitor the room cleaning. There were two staff on site. They left a note and ensured the content were untouched. Good selection for breakfast. A few fresh juices available at all times. A few live cooking station. Location is excellent. Facing the Han River. Nice view of the bridge too. Nice way of going to bed and waking up to such view. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very hot and outdated. There is no AC working around the property. It’s dirty and limited in food or activities options. The swimming pool is tiny and dirty. It does not meet a 5 stars hotel. It’s at most a 3 stars.

Spacious and clean room. Design is warm and homely. Only issue we had was the connecting room door where you can hear noises from the other room. Imagine screaming kids and toilet doors slamming at 1am in the middle of the night. It could disrupt your night rest.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hilton Da Nang. The stay was good overall, the staff was generally great but they did attempt to double charge us for our 2 children. We had prepaid this on expedia. We eventually got it resolved but we shouldn't have to argue with the staff about this.

Everything was great but I think management may need to be a bit more cautious on security. A man snuck into the breakfast buffet and sat at my table, used my utensils and ate like a guest. I told him it was my table so he moved to the empty table next to mine. I told the person who looked like the manager and yet he did nothing.
