quite good room Friendly staff near tourist spots around many eateries for locals so cheap but delicious. However, the room does not have a hair dryer, it is not warm.

Many times I went to Phan Thiet for many different purposes. The hotel I chose in many different places and was the second time I came to Hoang Ha, the first time I had many complaints for this hotel, but this time there was a difference in the way of service, hygiene, and rooms. ... Everything is ready when I check in, the price is also acceptable, safe ... in general this time I'm happy about everything when staying at the Hoang Ha Hotel.

In general, everything is fine, only the suggestion is that the curtains should be hooked and the net should be cleaned.
