This area called" Thu Duc" is not central; Not an area that typical tourists should consider. I chose to stay in this area because I had to visit a friend who lived nearby. The hotel admin could not speak English at all, making my check-in a terrible & time-consuming experience. The bathroom of my room # 302 had a bad smell that came up from the drain. The air conditioner remote control did not work; I had to step up on the bed and stretch to a maximum to reach the air conditioner on/off button every single time. In addition, some inconsiderate guests smoked in the elevator; The hotel clerk should have advised them not to do that. All in all, I would NOT recommend this hotel. There are several other always-available hotels in this area that tourists should search for and consider. As it is not a prime location, there should always be vacancies.

The room is damp, moldy, the toilet door has old signs. Because I was on a business trip, I put it in the Thu Duc area for convenience, but I won't come back if I have the opportunity to return to Saigon.

1. Staying at the hotel was a bit scary. The room is dirty, can't ask for more blankets and pillows. The interior is dilapidated like the old people out of breath. The door cannot be closed. The trash can is so full that there is no place to put it. The sunken bed lies with the back curved. The socket is not energized so it may not be able to charge the phone. Refrigerator plugs crossed the road, accidentally fell on the face, no kettle to cook water. If you want to get water, go to the ground floor to ask, there is only 1 glass of water in the room for both drinking and brushing teeth... Overall, a miserable experience. 2. Room price seems to be 280K for 1 day. Check out and check in around 12 noon. Ordering through the app is cheaper, maybe around 200K. Check out 1 hour late, add 20K. Check out 9 hours late, the new day will be counted.
