The host was really friendly, she asked us which way we were going to go so she could share some useful advice and suggest the shortest way to go. Additionally, the hotel location is quite close to Hoi An ancient town. I highly recommend this homestay, the price was so cheap as well, it only cost 360,000 VND for 4 people.

Homestay is in a small alley so you can't go in by car, motorbike is a bit old, rent for 100k, bike 30k, walk to the old town about 15 minutes, the drain in the bathroom is a bit slow. Those are things that may need to be considered, but the room is small, clean, meets basic needs well, a hair dryer and iron are not available, please borrow the owner, the air conditioner is cool and cold. The hostess is indescribably nice, we just flew at night, so the checkout was very late. Going out or whatever, the aunt and uncle also suggested and described the route very specifically. Definitely coming back to Hoi An to come back to the homestay because the uncle is so kind and enthusiastic :333

Homestay in the lane, but very nice and wonderful. There is a cool garden, the hostess is funny and very thoughtful. Although only book the room before 30p but everything is greatly facilitated uncle and aunt. 11 children came and disturbed Homestay. Will return to Hoi An one day and see her uncle again.

The bed is so boring, not comfortable at all. The toothpaste and shampoo tray is full of dust, there is no shower gel, the bathroom has no shelf for shower gel or shampoo. The landlady is friendly.

The landlady is very nice. But the service is so lacking. The price of a room like this in Da Nang is a pretty good hotel. Here, the beds and cabinets are old, the bathroom has no hand soap bar, no shampoo and shower gel. There are mosquitoes at night. The room in the area is like an inn. 😂 Well, this price here must be right

The owner is very friendly. They gave us a room to rest eventhough we arrived before checking hour for 5 hours. And as I didn't understand how agent charge me if I choose pay on checkin. He sat down and figured it out with me eventhough I already used the service.

Only when I arrived in Hoi An in the evening, I had to book quickly at noon. Book now by Hong Cong Homestay in the alley but there is a shortcut near the old town, walking by bike are convenient. Room is clean, airy, full of everything except the towels are not new. The host is friendly and enthusiastic to help me. Staying there for 1 night should feel pretty ok ^^
