It feels like this is an old warehouse that has been renovated and given to guests (Room Numbers are printed on paper). The room is damp, small, stuffy, old furniture, peeling walls. I wanted to ask to change rooms but the receptionists said the rooms were full. The price is more than 400k for 1 night, so the quality of room service is probably too bad. There is only 1 chair and not even a table to put things on. Disappointed by the advertising image and the actual experience.

The staff were very enthusiastic and cheerful. However, my room was hidden in a dark corner and there was no mirror in the room. The air conditioner remote control did not work, so I had to press it on the air conditioner itself.

The room is full of dust and it is very dirty. Seems like no one has ever cleaned it up in a very long time. There is a lot of hair on the blanket, and on the towel. Recommend having a proper cleanup on the room.

Seeing that the price was reduced to 200k/carton on the poster, it was also located right on Hoang Hoa Street, straight to the flagpole, so Booking gave it a try. But the room was not clean and beautiful. I think if you book a room at a higher price, you will get an OK room. In general, for 200k, this room is okay to stay temporarily. It's just that the room is old and not very clean

The hotel has a good price, the decor looks cozy, the bathroom is luxurious and smooth. Safe location and convenient transportation. Convenience store is opposite the hotel. The bed is very good and very soft. The receptionists were cheerful and enthusiastic. However, the hotel should pay more attention to room cleaning. When I walked in, there was a slightly unpleasant smell. There was a lot of dust on the headboard of the bed, the pillowcases were wrinkled, the bedsheets were lipstick-colored, and there was something crawling on the pillowcases. *I think turning on the ventilation fan will stop the unpleasant smell

Phòng không được sạch sẽ: mình vừa nhận phòng nhưng ga nệm khá nhiều đất, cửa sổ, đầu tủ bụi bám dày đặc. Nước đóng chai tính phí vào các thứ trong tuần nhưng chai nước có vẻ đã bị uống và rót vào lại nước khác chứ không phải nước mới

Such a bad experience that no matter what the hotel wants :))) First of all, I can't deny and feel grateful for being allowed to check in early, when the air conditioner was weak, they changed my room. HOWEVER: after changing the room, what I got was worse than the old room. - The shower was broken and unusable (photo attached), I called 3 times but they pushed it away, avoided responsibility and no one came to check or fix it. - Next: there was no filtered water in the room, I went down to the reception and was told that if I wanted to get it now, I had to pay, but it was free on Saturdays, while the principle is that it must be available in the room for guests to use if they want (paid or not). That's the service! - The bed sheets were dirty and old, the room's safety lock was broken. The air conditioner was weak. The night light didn't work. - The door's peephole was also broken, there was a see-through hole that could be seen from the outside without any cover. - All kinds of towels were not prepared for guests. At this point, I didn't even bother to tell the receptionist because I was so frustrated. In short: this trip to Vung Tau was too bad. Everyone, please consider carefully. At least basic services must be provided, not just taking money from customers and then getting away with it!
