I stayed here for 16 nights.
The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright.
The room was upgraded and clean.
They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!

ハノイでNO.1の日系ホテル！スタッフも日本語が通じ初めてでも安心して宿泊できる。清潔感があり、シャワートイレまで付いているのはありがたい。大浴場やランドリーもあり長期でも安心！

最上階に浴場がありますが、サウナがついていて広いのは男性のみ。女性は少し大きめのジャグジーのみです。また、エレベーターは一つ下の階までで最後は階段です。
出来立てなので、清潔感は良いです。
朝食はベトナムの同じような日本人向けのホテルの中では良い方だと感じました。
徒歩圏内にロッテマートやビンコムセンターがあるので、お土産の買い物には便利でした。

日本語が話せるスタッフがたくさんいて、安心できました。ウェルカムドリンクのピーチティー美味しかったです。ウォーターサーバーも助かりました。朝食も選べて、美味しかったです！まるで日本のホテルで泊まっているみたいでした。スリッパがあれば最高でした。

日本語が通じるスタッフも多数在籍しています。最上階のスパは、本当は入ってはいけないのかも知れませんが、掃除の時間(日中の２～3時間)を除いて実質24時間入れます。クリーニングは、サービス規約では翌日仕上げですが、今のところは朝出せば夕方には仕上がります。窓がない部屋は、寝るだけなら問題ありませんし、割安だと思います。観光だと物足りないかも知れませんがビジネスであれば同価格帯では一番良いホテルだと思います。

お部屋、設備は新しく、清潔に保たれています。
大浴場は見晴らしも良く、眺めは最高です。
朝食以外にも夕食サービスや夜食のサービスもあり、小腹がすいた際は助かります。
日本語が対応できるスタッフもフロントにいらっしゃいますので安心しました。
この周辺では最もコスパが良いホテルではないでしょうか？

リンランにもバイパスにも近くて便利です。最上階にあるお風呂は、清掃時間を除いて実質24時間(-清掃時間)入れます。クリーニングも、今のところは朝出せば夕方には出来上がります。旅行には物足りないところもあるかも知れませんが、出張には最適なホテルの一つだと思います。
