I am a regular guest of the hotel, stay a lot on the hotel side. Every time you don't see the parking fee, the last time the staff announced that guests will be charged 150k / night. Too high and unreasonable

My hotel 172 OCD is not as I imagined, probably my branch is located in 172 O Cho Dua is the exception, my room is 102 floors 2, small space, bed + towels are quite dirty with yellow stains, After bathing, I could not wipe. This is quite similar to a think house, not a 3-star Hotel that I imagined. Somewhat disappointed for my 4 days 3 nights trip to Hanoi.

The hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff. Quite satisfied, the minus point is that there is no trash in the room and the closet is slightly smelly, put the clothes in and get out very badly. But the general evaluation is very ok

This hotel has been operated for a year, so the service is just ok, not so impressive. The room is rather small and the fridge in the lobby is dirty inside... I hope it will be improving soon in the future as I did give them this comment
