First, I feel that the room here is very convenient, smartly designed, almost fully equipped with all necessary items, meeting all needs. The room is arranged reasonably and neatly, giving a cozy feeling like a small house. Because I booked a room with a sea view, I felt very happy, I could sit in the dining room watching the sea, or lie on the balcony and chill 😍 In addition, the resort also gave me a pair of beautiful swans and a delicate letter when I received a note from my newlywed wife and I. At night, I can walk around, or take an electric car to see the water music. In the morning, I go swimming in the pool, if I want to swim in the sea, there is also an electric car to take me to the beach. As for the buffet, it is so delicious, all the food is fresh. Overall, for my husband and I, this is a place worth experiencing, the price is reasonable, and the staff here are also very cute ❤️

Local guests must provide either a valid Vietnamese ID card or passport, while foreign guests must present an original and valid passport along with either a visa or a Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card.. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

General Check-in Instructions

1/ Transportation - The property provides a shuttle bus service between central Ho Chi Minh City and the property (round trip). Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. To book, please contact us for bus schedules and seat confirmation.
2/ General Regulations - All guests are required to present an original identification document at check-in. Local guests must provide either a valid Vietnamese ID card or passport, while foreign guests must present an original and valid passport along with either a visa or a Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm. Special requests are subject to availability, and a surcharge may be applied. - Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort. - Cooking by guests is not allowed. If guests would like to cook in the room, a cooking surcharge will be applied as follows: VND 3,000,000 net (for Condotel) per stay or VND 4,000,000 net (for Villa) per stay. - Any arising guest will have an extra charge as per resort policies. - The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas are open to foreign passports aged 18 years and above only, in accordance with Vietnamese law. Only valid hard copies of the original Passport and valid Visa are accepted as proof of eligibility and will be required for verification before entry.
3/ Occupancy and surcharges: - The price is based on the maximum number of adults in the room. Depending on payment method, any extra persons will be applied surcharge as below: * Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed. * Children 4-11 years old will be charged $7.5++ for breakfast per day if using existing beds. * Children 12 years old and over will be charged $43++ per day for staying and breakfast. * Halfboard packages, children up to 11 years old will share lunch / dinner with adults, or pay a certain amount to have another set of Halfboard. Please contact us for more details. - Maximum occupancy of 1-bedroom residences is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old (using existing bed) - Maximum occupancy of 2-bedroom residences/penthouses/2-bedroom villas are 4 adults and 3 children under 12 years old (using existing bed) - Maximum occupancy of 3-bedroom villas is 6 adults and 4 children under 12 years old (using existing bed) - An extra bed if requested is applied charge at $28++. One extra bed can only be set up in living room of 2-bedroom residences, living room of penthouses and ground-floor living room of 3-bedrooms villas only – 1 extra bed only for mentioned residences and villas. * Above prices are NOT including service charge and VAT.

Nếu quý khách có nhu cầu nấu ăn trong phòng, phí mở bếp sẽ được áp dụng như sau: VND 3,000,000net/giai đoạn lưu trú đối với Căn hộ, VND 4,000,000net/giai đoạn lưu trú đối với Biệt thự (Villa). - Khách phát sinh sẽ có phụ thu theo chính sách của khách sạn. - Khu vực Grand Club và VIP Gaming chỉ dành cho khách có hộ chiếu nước ngoài từ 18 tuổi trở lên, theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Quý khách vui lòng xuất trình bản gốc hộ chiếu và thị thực (còn hiệu lực) để được kiểm tra đối chiếu trước khi vào.
3/ Quy định về số lượng khách ở và phụ phí: - Giá phòng niêm yết trên trang đặt phòng dành cho số lượng người lớn tối đa trong phòng. Nếu có khách phát sinh, phụ phí sẽ được áp dụng như sau: * Trẻ em dưới 4 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn trong phòng. * Trẻ em từ 4 đến 11 tuổi sẽ áp dụng phụ phí ăn sáng là USD 7.5++/trẻ/đêm nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn trong phòng * Từ 12 tuổi trở lên khách được tính là người lớn và áp dụng phụ phí là USD 43++/khách/đêm cho tiền ở và ăn sáng. * Đối với giá phòng có bao gồm thêm bữa trưa / bữa tối, trẻ em đến 11 tuổi có thể dùng chung bữa với bố mẹ hoặc mua thêm bữa trưa / bữa tối với nhà hàng. It's my second time enjoying a relaxing stay at Ixora Ho Tram, and once again, it was a truly satisfying experience! Everything is so well-maintained and perfectly executed. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, from the front desk to the pool area. We had a wonderful time as a family here. We will definitely be back!

The experience at ixora is really satisfying, most of the staff are friendly, enthusiastic, the view is so beautiful, I just have a little comment that I feel the power outlet in the room is not very good so please check it again.

In overall, the resort is good with its pricing: - Staff: friendly and professional - Room: clean, equipped, nice arrangement - Public space: clean (better if having more trees) - Breakfast: very tasty to me (better if having more choices) - Swimming pool: nice view, always The biggest disavantage is, it does not have beach. However, the beach of Grand Ho Tram is shared with Ixora, quite easy to access. In overall, I am happy to stay here, will come back.

Dear Team, First of all, I would like to thank you for the recent stay at the hotel - my family had a very pleasant and memorable experience. However, I would like to contribute a few comments to help the hotel improve the quality of service in the future: The bathroom in the room has an unpleasant smell, seemingly coming from the drain. The swimming pool water has a strong chlorine smell. Even though I showered after swimming, my body still had a strong chlorine smell. The receptionist did not know the operating hours of the restaurant on the premises. My family was advised to go to the Khoi restaurant, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. This was inconvenient, especially because there were elderly people in the group who had difficulty moving around. We hope that the hotel will take note of the above comments so that we can serve our customers better and better. Once again, thank you and wish the hotel continued development.

The stay at Ixora Ho Tram was truly wonderful! The campus is spacious, quiet and clean, very suitable for relaxation. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have an extremely beautiful sea view. The staff is professional, friendly and always ready to support. A small minus point is that the check-in time is quite late, until 4 pm, causing a bit of inconvenience if you arrive early. However, in return, the accompanying services such as swimming pool, restaurant, private beach ... are all very high quality and worth experiencing. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely come back in the future.
