very kind people, hot water in the shower, comfterable rooms!

Spent just a couple of nights here, the staff were very welcoming, they were having some work done downstairs but we were out most of the time and they were getting it done really quickly! Great location, a little loud at night but what do you expect being in the heart of it. Loads of cafes, pharmacy’s, and travel shops to book things just a short walk away. We are going back next week to finish our stay in Vietnam! Aircon and WiFi are good in the rooms. Overall, everything you need for a few nights in the city.

Great Location for Bui Vien area, lower floors are quiet despite being in the middle of it all. Friendly staff who may discount an extended stay. Good Indian food in the restaurant below.

I would have no reason to stay to any other place in Ho Chi Minh city since this hotel has everything. The people are great, the location perfect just above Buy Vien str and the rooms great

I am so happy with my stay in Kien hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms ok and the location excellent just next to Bui Vien. I will happily stay there when back to Sai Gon

Great location in a small alley with very little traffic. The taxi couldn't get down it but not far to walk. Lots of good places to eat fight there and close by

Location: The location of the hotel is excellent as it is just adjacent to the bui vien walking street. There are many convenient stores, restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It is close to a big square/park that holds events too. This year when I stayed there, it was holding Korean cultural fair and last year was Vietnam-Japan festival. Both in the month of November and they have lots of performances. Below the square, they have some shops (e.g.: Bookstore, supermart, clothings and accessories stalls) and a food court. One thing to highlight is that the location of this hotel is wrongly reflected on google map, which shows the hotel to be close to the end of the lane. But actually, it is located at the middle of the lane. The ground floor sells Indian food. Room: The room is clean and it met my expectation, I am a practical person who doesn't expect sparking clean on every corners of the room. The Wifi connection is satisfactory. One issue I had is that I was given a room at level 6 but the lift serves up to only level 5. Thus, I have to climb one level of stairs. Just beside the room is a martial art training spot and it can be quite noisy to hear them train. Staffs: They are very friendly, polite and always greet you with smiles. Because this is a boutique hotel, the gate will close at around 2am. Thus, it will be a bit of inconvenient if you want to come out or come back in the middle of the night. But the staff is always there to help open the gate for you.

Have stayed here before and chose to return, Great position in the heart of the flashpacker area of Saigon. Friendly staff who seem organised. Room was clean and well presented as before although the bathrooms, whilst still fine, have begun to show signs of that difficult to remove mould in grouting and sealants. Another enjoyable stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located very close by to the backpacker street. Ask a room in the street side which is quieter than the backside which is directed at several bars and discos open til 1am. Room is relatively clean, has an elevator (not all hotels in the area have) and good AC. Not bad for the price you pay, but not great value for money either which makes it ideal for short stays

Great area. Cheap accommodation. Wifi was spotty but worked. Warm showers. Very friendly front desk. Can be loud at night with 24 hour restaurants and bars.

Hotel wasn't bad. It didn't match the pictures but it had everything you needed.

This is a low budget hotel and looks like it but the staff more than made up for it. We were given a cold bottle of water every evening and were always greeted with a smile. Even better, I could drop off laundry and have it washed and ready the next day for cheap. I would stay here again.

as long as you don't plan to spend all your time in the Hotell

The hotel room was confortable, clean and the staffs were really kind and nice. I was hosted in the 7th floor room which have a big window. The negative point of the hotel is that internet is horrible, at least the signal in the 7th floor break down all the time so I had to buy a sim card to have a proper internet, that's why I dont give 5 starts to the review.

Love it, one of the best places Ive stayed at. Good rooms and clean. Very convenient
