The staff only cleans the room and bathroom when requested. I went out until 4pm and the staff knocked on the door repeatedly asking if the room needed cleaning. The toilet paper was not replaced either.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel is ok, the staff is quite nice when meeting in person. The downside is that when I called the receptionist when I had a need or needed help, they hung up (3 staff members changed shifts and did the same). I don't know if it was due to the above directive or not, it's very impolite, the hotel should consider this matter, because the time was urgent, I didn't have time to argue.

I came here for the second time. This time, even though I had paid, Traveloka did not send the Booking to the hotel. Luckily, the receptionist enthusiastically supported me. The hotel is dirty, everyone should check the bed sheets carefully, there are stains, red stains like blood, it looks very disgusting. The hotel should pay more attention.
I booked a room for 2 days at cs1 65, the day I checked in was 2 hours late even though I had paid in full on the app, but the hotel still rented it to another guest and pushed me to cs2. Although the room was bigger, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, making the whole room stink. In general, the hotel should pay more attention to hygiene because the view is ok, but it's dirty, I don't dare sleep on the mattress!!!

There was a male staff member with a slightly tense face and an unenthusiastic attitude while the other 2 female staff members were ok.

The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, the room is clean and fully equipped. Right next to West Lake. I will come back if I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi.
