Cons: - The hotel is located in number 1h1 Nguyen Thi Dinh but looking on google maps there is no number 1h1 (but only number 01 is 1km away), even the taxi driver doesn't know so calling a car is inconvenient. - The toilet uses a glass wall, people outside will faintly see people inside, the glass wall is still open at the top, so there will be no soundproofing, preventing odors ... this will make people going to the toilet feel very embarrassed when people go to the toilet. The outside can be dimly visible and especially worse, the sounds and smells inside are heard. - The ceiling fan is noisy (attached clip) - The female staff lacks professionalism and sophistication: I greeted the security gate very kindly, but when I entered the door to meet the female receptionist, I was a bit disappointed.
