Step out of the hotel door are full of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the restaurant staff and security guards are all very friendly. Thanh Thuy is the check-in staff for group m. The hotel is clean, near Da Lat market, about 500m walk, there are many shops around (Lien Hoa bakery, Windmill, Coffee,...). The white paint color looks bright and beautiful. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Basic amenities are complete (TV, hair dryer, kettle,...). I like the hot and cold water system the most, it works well, strong water. The 16m2 room is suitable for a small family of 3. I was also hesitant to book here because I saw low stars, but in reality it is not true, maybe because few people book on this application so the number of reviews is not much. I am satisfied with everything!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I feel like I made the right choice. I booked a room with a lake view, and it was very comfortable and clean. The location is close to halal restaurants, favorite cafes, the night market, the flower garden, and other tourist attractions. The service and friendliness of all the hotel staff were excellent, they were happy to serve and very honest. Hopefully, we can visit Da Lat again someday and will definitely stay at this hotel again, God willing.

Ngan Hoa - Mille Fleurs Hotel
This time I didn't take pictures of the room but only recorded a clip so I took the old pictures from 2020, but this time I came back it was still the same, the room was minimalist but very harmonious, always smelling of flowers like the name of the hotel. This time I went in the summer and winter so I was supported to check in at 13:00 (actually 14:00) but the last time I was away so I arrived at 5-6am and was able to check in without extra charge. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, there's nothing to complain about. It's close to the center so it's easy to go anywhere, there's a motorbike rental service available 💯💯💯💯
