The standing shower is not warm enough to take a bath even though it's fully adjusted. Then the shower in the bathtub had broken water pipes all over the room. Not worthy of a proper place to stay, let alone luxury.

At a 4-star resort, but the wifi signal in the room is poor, it is almost impossible to connect, the TV is using a regular cable without smarttv, it looks like a popular house, the breakfast buffet has very few dishes, the staff is not very friendly

We stayed at garden 174, the toilet had faeces left by previous guests, the hair dryer didn't work. Why didn't the cleaner try the equipment before handing over the room to the guest? spent 5 million to stay. but not worth it.

Arriving at Ana Mandara on the stormy day, the sea could not swim, but the resort's scenery was very beautiful, cool sea breeze, clean rooms. Will return in the dry season to have a beach in Thuan An.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family. The weather in Thuan An beach is very cool while the city is very hot. Ana staff is warm and kind. Nice swimming pool and beach. Room of duplex apartment is very wide. Minus point: TV in a small room. Breakfast is not rich, porridge is too thin. The garden next to the pool occasionally appears snakes, although the staff said it was non-toxic water snake but still very disturbing and scary for children.

The hotel infrastructure is quite old and needs new investment. Access is not convenient because it is not located on the main road. Spring room has moldy smell. Enthusiastic and thoughtful staff. The tea and coffee in the room is very rich (too much).
