Lotus Hotel Van Phuc - by BayLuxury

I had a late flight so I arrived at the hotel around midnight. A few days before, until the day of the flight, I had called the phone number provided by Traveloka but could not get through. When I arrived, the hotel said they had not received any bookings and there were no more rooms available. I only gave the receipt to the receptionist and she checked the room and temporarily cleaned a room for us. And that room was even worse than a motel room. The smell of the newly sprayed room was very strong and we could not breathe, the room was cramped, there were no windows for ventilation, and the bathroom was not up to standard. In general, we could not sleep that night.
