Dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Mình đi lúc đêm nên chú ngay quầy tiếp tân rất dễ thương. Phòng có xíu trục trặc nhưng bên khách sạn hổ trợ nhanh chóng. Phòng mình book nếu bạn nào du lịch 1 mình thì ở khá là ổn luôn. Nên book nếu bạn muốn ở gần biển

Mình đặt qua app. Có gọi điện lại cho khách sạn để xác nhận. Lúc gọi điện khách sạn xác nhận đặt phòng và không báo gì thêm. Đến lúc nhận phòng thì lễ tân nói phòng mình đặt chỉ còn 1 phòng, 1 phòng phải nâng hạng lên, phụ thu thêm 100.000 VND. Còn nếu không chấp nhận thì khách sạn sẽ hoàn tiền để mình tìm khách sạn khác, trong khi mình nhận phòng lúc 23:30 đêm và có 2 trẻ em. Mình cũng không phải rảnh để viết trải nghiệm lên đây. Nhưng thực sự khách sạn làm khách hàng như mình rất bất xúc.

The hotel is not as new as the picture but it is still ok in the price range, the minus point is that the air conditioner in my room is a bit loud and the hotel blanket is very thin.

The room is clean, decorated with 2 cute blue and white colors. I booked when there was a discount deal of less than 250k / night, so there was no daily housekeeping service and no breakfast at the hotel. Reception is friendly and good customer support. Convenient location: close to the beach, airport and many restaurants.
