The pillows and blankets still smell musty even after being changed. The cleaning staff is not allowed to clean them again when requested.

First of all, thank you for your valuable feedback. We will address the above issues as follows: A guest checked in alone at 1:00 PM on the arrival date. Around 7:00 PM that day, the guest and other guests asked our staff to install the TV. A female guest contacted us to report a smell coming from the guest's pillow. After checking, we confirmed that only one pillow was used between the guest's check-in and their friend's arrival, and the other pillow was left in the room and being used. However, during customer service, we were unable to clearly explain how to use the pillow as the guest had already slept on the bed before their friend arrived. Therefore, our staff changed the pillow. For room cleaning, we provided cleaning guidelines and a room cleaning request board to the guest upon check-in. However, the guest did not use the room cleaning request board the next day, which our cleaning staff did not notice, and thus the room could not be cleaned. Although our staff asked about the cleaning request, the guest replied that "no cleaning is required". We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

The bathroom smells very bad. Even though I sprayed the room and closed the door, the smell came back after a while. Although the room was expensive, the bathroom was not clean.
