shower room, there is gap at wall when door closing. There is gap between the door and door. Water spilled into room floor when showering. Shower room and toilet share a common door which is not convenient.

We stayed at Hotel M for 3 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay, Hotel M is the whole package - welcoming and friendly employees, delicious food, fantastic coffee and juices. My husband was surprised and elated that they serve Corona beer! We would like to thank all of the employees for their hospitality, assistance, suggestions and making our vacation amazing. We felt at home and looked after the whole time. The Hotel is centrally located, tons of great restaurants walking distance, beach bar Maia is fun, the yellow trailer had amazing juices. The views are breathtaking, especially at night when Da Nang lights up. We highly recommend this Hotel, HOTEL M, for your future stays. Thanks to everyone! We would like to give special gratitude to Trung, Phat, Thuy, Vy, Hai and Hoa for making our stay feel like home❣️

This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our only minor hang up with this place was a strange use of space in the rooms that made them less than perfect. The biggest issue was with the layout of the bathroom… pretty hard to take a shower with soaking down half the room. Again a minor issue in what was otherwise a geeat stay

The hotel location and amenities were great. Our room was on 5 th floor but still private and in an excellent condition. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with wide range of multicultural options. The one issue I would have is with the over priced tours they provide which are very poorly organized. Pool are is small with very limited seating options.

We had a great stay at M Hotel Danang and enjoyed many aspects of our experience. Our room was beautiful, offering a perfect view of the ocean—a truly stunning sight to wake up to each morning. While we knew in advance that the rooms don’t have balconies, it would have been a wonderful addition to fully take in the ocean breeze. The hotel itself is modern, sleek, and very clean, though the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold and minimalistic. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the area. One area that could use improvement is the service at the pool bar. We found the staff to be a bit inexperienced when it came to service etiquette, and we had unnecessary difficulties when trying to charge food and drinks to our room—something we’ve never encountered at other hotels. This was a bit frustrating and hopefully something that can be improved with better training. The rooftop infinity pool is definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. However, the prime lounging area overlooking the ocean is quite small, with only about six lounge chairs available, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the modern design, ocean views, and prime location make this a great option in Danang. With some fine-tuning in service and minor improvements, it could be an even better experience.

Nice hotel and great location

Really nice property with good dining options and amenities. Excellent mattress and nice location next to the beach.

We had the green garden apartment on the 15th floor. Everything was as advertised. The bed was a little hard for me. For a 5 star hotel, I think it could have been a much higher quality softer mattress.The buffet breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The staff was very nice and always courteous and always smiling. Dining in the restaurant was very good. I will stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to the staff at the M Hotel.

The M Hotel is reasonably new so the rooms are all very nice ,the room I got had the trees on the balcony which was nice. The room was also a very good size. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the rooftop bar. The pools due to the weather was very cold and since the hotel is new its a shame they haven’t invested in solar panels to heat it up. Overall the hotel is fantastic with very professional staff and a great location.

The property was great and the staff is great and friendly. The only negative issue I had was the food. It was not just ok, in some instances was uneatable

Recently opened and very modern property which celebrates polished concrete walls and minimalism design. Staff were amazing and special thanks to Ms Hoa who went to great lengths to accommodate my vegetarian food requests. The gym on the 27th floor is fabulous as are the pools on the 28th floor. Rooms have an impact and "wow factor, but lack storage.

This hotel is excellent . We loved the staff and the facilities and the food was to die for. We stayed in January of 2025 and plan on coming back to our next trip to Danang This brand gets 10/10

Clean and rify room, facilities are good, ocean and beach just opposite the hotel. Freat stsy and hang out place.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and amenities

The hotel is brand new, and there are still several details they need to fine tune in terms of service. We voluntarily asked to downgrade from a deluxe suite to an ocean view regular room in order to have a separation between bathroom and bedroom, and to have a view on the ocean. The suite was dark and the view was obstructed by plants over the widows. Also the bathtub was in the middle of the room, and there was no partition between wash and sleep areas, while the enormous separate sitting room was useless and not welcoming at all. The lower room was noisier as closer to the street level, but the direct view on the ocean was great. The weather was very bad so we did not spend any time on the terrace pool and bar. The staff was very nice and trying very hard, but unevenly trained. Lastly, the laundry prices were outrageously expensive by any western five-star hotel standard, let alone by Vietnam standards. Go use local services outside the hotel instead.
